English Learner Advisory Committee

Washington’s English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) meets monthly in the ELAC room (Room 1). This committee makes recommendations to the School Site Council (SSC) regarding funding and services to improve the achievement of English language learners. Washington’s ELAC also hosts a yearly Multicultural Night event where families bring traditional foods from their country of origin to share. Student performances round out this popular tradition which continues to evolve and grow!
